1. Permission to Record: I give permission for my set to be audio and/or video recorded by the Director/Producer of the event (Kya Louise Williamson). I acknowledge that by entering and performing in this space, I may be photographed, filmed, and/or otherwise recorded. 2. Consent to Use of Likeness (Cal. Civ. Code §3344): My presence and performance constitute my irrevocable, worldwide, and perpetual consent for the use of my likeness, image, voice, and name in connection with the production and related promotional materials, consistent with California Civil Code §3344. This consent applies to all current and future uses, including versions, edits, adaptations, derivative works, promotional materials, and other media, in any format now known or later developed, worldwide and in perpetuity. 3. Mutual Ownership & Rights: The Comedian and the Director/Producer shall be co-owners of the Recording. Both parties may use the Recording independently for personal promotion (social media, reels, websites, submissions, portfolios). Any commercial exploitation (selling, licensing, monetized distribution) requires written consent from both parties. 4. Copies of Recordings: The Director/Producer (Kya Louise Williamson) agrees to provide the Comedian with a digital copy of the Recording within a reasonable timeframe. Both parties may archive, edit, and share their own copy, subject to Section 3 above. 5. Credit: If either party publishes or shares the Recording publicly, they agree to give reasonable credit to the other (e.g., tagging social media, naming the venue/performer). 6. Waiver of Compensation & Claims: I waive any right to approve, royalties, or compensation related to the Recording and its permitted uses under this agreement, except as required by California law. I release the Director/Producer, affiliates, licensees, successors, and assigns from any claims or liabilities arising from such uses, to the maximum extent permitted by California law. 7. Release of Liability: Both parties release one another from claims relating to the Recording, provided use aligns with this agreement, and subject to California law protections. 8.
